The American Rose
Society is a national organization with over 24,000 members
dedicated to the enjoyment, enhancement and promotion of
America's Floral Emblem. |

The TENARKY District of
the American Rose Society serves the states
of Tennessee, eastern Arkansas and Kentucky. Within these states
are sixteen local rose societies including ten in
Tennessee, four in Kentucky, and one in eastern Arkansas. |
The Louisville Rose Society |
The
Louisville Rose Society is a non-profit organization
affiliated with the American Rose Society. In addition
to educational programs, some of the benefits of
membership are a monthly bulletin called Rose Leaves,
garden tours, assistance from local consulting rosarians,
and the friendship of other rose growers. The objectives
of the Louisville Rose Society are to encourage interest
and cultivation of the rose. |

The Memphis
and Dixie Rose Society |
We are a group of rose
enthusiasts in and around the Memphis area who get together to
share in the joy of growing roses and to promote this joy in
others. The Dixie Rose Club was
organized in 1964 by fifteen Rosarians who wanted to promote the
growing and nurturing of roses. Today the Dixie Rose Club
remains dedicated to growing in knowledge of the rose and
extending that knowledge to others. In 2010, the Memphis
Rose Society and the Dixie Rose Club merged. |

The Nashville Rose
Society is a non-profit educational organization dedicated to
promoting all aspects of rose horticulture. |
The Holston Rose Society |
The Holston Rose Society
was founded in 1949 in the Holston Hills neighborhood of
Knoxville by Mr. & Mrs. U.S. Cate. It has the stated purpose of
studying rose culture, encouraging ARS membership and promoting
public interest in roses - all roses. |
Tri-State Rose
Society
of Chattanooga |
Located in the Chattanooga, TN,
area, Tri-State RS is a non-profit organization affiliated with
the American Rose Society. The purpose of the society is to
encourage and create interest in the growing of roses, and to
foster a better understanding of their cultivation. |
Tennessee Rose
Society |
The
Tennessee Rose Society is a nonprofit organization, serving East
Tennessee and the Knoxville area and is comprised of people who
are interested in promoting the following objectives: (1)
improving the members knowledge of rose culture; (2) promoting
the general public's interest in growing roses; and (3)
cooperating with the
American Rose Society in it's effort
to improve the quality and culture of the rose. |
